TRAINING GOAL

This training is designed to meet the required laws and regulations, that as implementing the provisions pasal 1 ayat (6) dan pasal 5 ayat (2) Undang-Undang No.1 Tahun 1970 tentang Keselamatan Kerja, it is necessary to have an Occupational Safety and Health Expert in the workplace.

BENEFIT

After attending the training, participants are expected to be able to:1.      Identify, evaluate and control occupational safety and health problems in the workplace in accordance with their field of duty2.      Take an active role as P2K3 secretary in the company3.      Develop and implement a pro-active HSE program4.      Search and find potential hazards in the production process5.      Control potential hazards and eliminate or minimize the risks

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS

1 Bachelor’s degree, baccalaureate degree or equivalent with the following conditions:

• Bachelor’s degree with work experience in accordance with the field of expertise at least 2 years
• Baccalaureate or equivalent with at least 4 years of work experience in their field of expertise

2. Good health

3. Behave well

4. Fully work in the relevant agency

5. Pass the selection from the Assessment Team

For the purpose of making certificates and letters of appointment as General K3 Experts, participants are required to submit:

• Color photo size 4×6 as many as 2 sheets, and size 2×3 as many as 2 sheets with a red background
• Photocopies of the last diploma as many as 2 sheets (Minimum Bachelor)
• Copy of ID card
• Health Certificates from the latest Doctors
• Work Certificate from the company concerned in accordance with the certification to be followed
• Participants are required to take part in all certification activities from start to finish
