DESKRIPSI

Salah satu peran fungsi HR saat ini adalah memastikan pengembangan talent, Kompetensi dan Kapabilitas organisasi sejalan dengan tantangan dan sasaran organisasi. Dikarenakan situasi ekonomi global yang relatif melambat, mempengaruhi fungsi pelatihan dilaksanakan secara internal. Selain mampu meningkatkan kapasitas pembelajaran lebih cepat, cost effective, penggunaan internal trainer ini akan mendorong inovasi baru dalam membangun learning organization.
